Pricing Information

Our standard rate for design and layout services is C$75 per hour. This includes HTML coding for web pages and production of the files needed to produce paper and/or personal presentations. It does not include the cost of media (diskettes, CDs, overhead film, etc.), and it does not include applicable taxes.

Packages

Due to popular demand we have instituted a few package prices for some of our standard services. If what you need is not listed here, then just call or e-mail us for a quote.

Domain registration (.CA and .ON.CA only*) and hosting for 1 year $300.00
Layout 5-screen web site using your files (no frames) $375.00
Layout 5-screen web site using your files (with frames) $400.00
Layout 10-screen web site using your files (no frames) $725.00
Layout 10-screen web site using your files (with frames) $775.00
Layout 15-screen web site using your files (no frames) $1075.00
Layout 15-screen web site using your files (with frames) $1250.00
Photography of your premises, products or event (2 hours on-site, plus travel) $150.00

* - subject to change depending on registrar's policy and availability

Special Services

Custom services beyond the generation of HTML and paper documents are also based on a rate of C$75 per hour:

  • Existing Site Tune-Ups and Corrections
  • Image Scanning and Enhancement
  • Graphic Design
  • Animation and Special Effects
  • Digital Movie Clips from VHS Tape
  • Digital Still Photography
  • GPS Mapping
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

Again, applicable media charges and taxes will be added to these fees.

Payment & Invoicing

All work is subject to a 30% deposit on the estimated cost, with the balance being due on delivery of the finished products.

Approved clients, with a purchase order, may be invoiced for the outstanding balance.

All invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date, unless specified otherwise. As an incentive to prompt payment there will be a 2% discount allowed if payment is received (please notice the underlining!) within ten days of the invoice date.
